In this 30 Minute Lower Body Tabata workout, we are hitting all lower body exercises in the tabata format! Tabata allows you to really overload the muscles as you hit it for 8 rounds each sequence. This 30 minute lower body tabata workout will have you puffing in no time!

You will need: a variety of dumbbells, box, bench or chair
Format: Tabata -20 seconds work/10 seconds rest -8 rounds
Workout:
1: Warm up: squat roundhouse/front lunge stretch/climb the ladder/plie squat
2: Step up left/step up right/side to side hop/side to side hop
3: ALternating front lunges
4: Cardio: ice skater hop/triple pulse squat jump/cardio kicks/jumping jack squat
5: Stationary pulse lunges -left then right
6: Single arm hold sumo squat -left then right
7: Squat to reverse lunge -left then right
