This video show Megarob works (cutting) within a 12 meters composite beam. The process is fully automated, avoiding manufacturing errors thanks to the laser tracker. Besides, labour conditions are improved, as operators can stay away during the process, without breathing airbone fibres.
This beam will be used for bridges construction. The manufacturing system is the result of an European RD project, coordinated by Aitiip, which name was MEGAROB.
